THE WEBSITE POLICY OF 5LOVES2FISH FOUNDATION, INC



- The Policies–the policies stated herein are basic policies of ownership and operation as construed by 5Loves2Fish Foundation, Inc, a 5013© company located established in Georgia, and subject to its laws and regulations.

- Confidentiality–the deliberations and discussions pertaining to the establishment of any website work on behalf of 5Loves2Fish Foundation and the consulting company, shall remain as private and confidential to the parties, and not be released without the written and signed permission of either.
- Terms of service: Outlines the terms for using the website.
- Cookie policy–Participating with 5L2F–by participating with 52L2F, users are giving “cookie consent” which allows 5L2F to monitor activity on its website for the purpose of remembering preferences and analyzing usage
- Copyright notice: All material submitted by this firm to any other for the purpose of arrangement and display shall remain the copyright ownership of 5Loaves2FishFoundation, Inc., and shall not be utilized without our written and signed permission.
- Return and refund policy: For any arrangement made that involves due consideration in terms of finances, payment, and/or services rendered shall be returned and refunded where such services were not delivered, and the Company (hereinafter referred to as 5L2F) shall do the same if the services for which it was contracted formally to perform were not rendered, such refunds to be returned within 30 days of citation.
- Data security requirements–the FL2F shall undertake to provide or reasonable security and expects the same from its providers. All regular anti-spam and content licensing laws in the state of Georgia shall thereby apply. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) shall apply by reference–General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All data collected shall be as per the stated wishes of the user, where applicable, and the FL2F uses cookies to enhance its own preparation and memory of incoming site inquiries with the right of website editors to withdraw consent if they so desire. The 5L2F subscribes to the ePrivacy Directive, often referred to as the ‘Cookie Law
- ADA Compliance–Accessibility statement: As per ADA regulations, the website shall be made accessible to those disabled by means of vision and/or hearing. The FL2F shall comply with all federal laws and regulations with respect to access and shall require all website designers, acting on its behalf to secure and ensure the same through the posting and application of the relevant ADA signs on the website.
- Offer of Goods and services–FL2F offers proclamations and advertises within the continental United States and the Caribbean as its chief target populations, and offers to utilize the donations for their intended purpose as seen by illustrative video and documentation
- Invoices–invoices shall be paid upon notice within net 30 days of the invoice and/or the prior agreed-upon date with the contractor.
- Employment Status–5L2F shall retain all persons offering its services as Independent Contractors as provided by US law and shall not be employees, except specifically so stated at the onset.
- The Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act)–the 5L2F operates according to the provisions of the Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act) to protect consumers from deceptive and unfair practices in commerce. Consumer information is used only for the purposes of further marketing and donations to the site purpose, and no personal information is sold or shared with other companies.
- Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)–The 5L2F subscribes to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) which protects the online privacy of children under the age of 13 in the U.S and will require parental consent before collecting personal information on those under the age of 18 and parents any such information collected.
- Disclaimers and Hold Harmless Clauses–As a non-profit organization, 5L2F utilizes this clause to ensure that all disagreements are first settled out of court through media and arbitration, and thus holds itself harmless, as a measure of good faith.
